On 1-2 December 2021, Norwich hosted the annual Molecular Microbial Ecology Group Meeting at the John Innes Conference Centre.
Having being postponed in 2020, we were delighted to have such a fantastic response to this face-to-face conference with around double the usual number of attendees at 160 registrants. This forum for early career researchers to present their latest results was an action packed two days of nearly 60 short talks, flash presentations and posters and a fantastic plenary guest lecture by Kirsten Bos from the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History, Jena, Germany.
